TECHKON to unveil new quality assurance tools

ECHKON GmbH, a manufacturer of color measuring solutions, will unveil new tools for quality balls in characterization and packaging printing at Labelexpo 2019.

The company will showcase SpectroDens spectro-densitometers with new features, especially for special inks and packaging print. The instrument connects to five TECHKON programs and is supported today by more than 20 software solutions in unlike color management applications.

TECHKON'southward ChromaQA color quality balls software for printing and packaging companies provides tools designed to monitor the colour quality of jobs on press, reduce the number of re-makes and deliver pregnant savings in ink and newspaper by detecting color problems early in the print production process.

Similar to ChromaQA enterprise color quality solution, ChromaLT is meant mainly for pocket-size- and mid-sized packaging printers who are looking for a more affordable solution, easy to deploy in the pressroom and provides a focused feature set up to get their operators upwards to color faster.
ChromaLT is designed to improve print process efficiencies by removing the colour matching guesswork, cut make-ready times and ultimately increasing profitability.
